REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are more than happy to offer you a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please email us at hello@lasoli.com.au with your full name, order number and proof of purchase.

Please note, we do not offer refund or exchange for earrings or ear cuffs due to hygiene and health reasons, so please make your selection carefully.

LA SOLI Jewellery is not responsible for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in a secure packaging.

If your return or exchange is eligible and approved, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send the items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the item, then once approved we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Please note that all refunds can take up to 10 working days to show into your account due to processing times between different payment providers.

It can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lasoli.com.au.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
