AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on orders over $49 and free express shipping on orders over $180.

All orders placed between Monday - Friday (before 1pm) are dispatched within 24-48 hours.

OR $10 flat rate standard shipping

EXPRESS SHIPPING (approximate 1-3 business days)
FREE for orders over $180
OR $15 flat rate express shipping

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:

~ All orders are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure your jewels arrive in perfect condition.

~ LA SOLI Jewellery is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post. However, we will help you trace your parcel and work with you to provide as much information as we can, should you wish to lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

~ Re-delivery charges will apply for any orders that are 'Returned to Sender' due to not being claimed by the customer or where a customer incorrectly entered a wrong address at checkout.

~ Australia Post tracking number will be sent to the email address provided on your order. Please note, if you do not provide an email address on your order, you will not receive an order confirmation or tracking information. To track your order, please visit: www.auspost.com.au/track/
